ALKALINE DIET RECIPE: AVOCADO, ARUGULA & PEAR SALAD

If you ever suffer from bloating, you want to know how to cure it as soon as it strikes AND prevent it from happening again. Well today’s recipe is among the many alkaline recipes that will keep you from ever having to deal with bloating again.

It’s a delicious summer salad that you’re going to want to make over and over again. It’s got avocado and pear slices to accompany the lettuce, and feel free to throw tomatoes or any other seasonal produce in there too.

The homemade dressing is easy enough to make in less than 5 minutes and I encourage you to double it because you’re going to like it so much, you’ll want leftovers for your lunch the next day.

Give it a try and let me know what you think over on Facebook.
