  berry smoothie

Last time, I shared how bad germs can actually be good for you by helping to build the good bacteria in your microbiome.

Well today, I’ve got a smoothie recipe for you that your gut is going to love. It delivers 4 of the healing digestive foods that help good bacteria to thrive.

And yes, it also has sugar in the form of fruit, but because it’s in balance with alkaline ingredients, it won’t help bad bacteria win the war for your gut like most sugars will.

Plus, it’s delicious! It includes cinnamon, which really kicks the flavor up a notch from a standard berry smoothie.

Give it a try and let me know what you think over on Facebook.
