ALKALINE DIET RECIPE: PEACHY-GREEN SMOOTHIE

Acid is really taxing to your body, in several different ways. So it’s important that you minimize acid, but eating alkaline doesn’t have to mean sacrificing flavor or convenience.

That’s why starting your day with a green smoothie is a great way to get alkaline. It’s easy, quick to make and consume, delivers big-time on flavor, and keeps you full for hours.

This particular smoothie will also give you a boost of natural energy without the crash you get from coffee. It’s also got great flavor with a hint of peach and a tropical feel.

Add to it a scoop of our daily greens, and BOOM!  A delicious, yummy tasting smoothie that your kids will love, and is good for you as well.

So give it a try and let me know what you think over on Facebook.
