  lime-smoothie

In my last blog post, we talked about the best and worst workouts when it comes to acid.

Exercise can either build up more acid, or fight it for you, so it’s vitally important you know which one your workout is doing and how to combat any acid it creates.

Today’s smoothie recipe is going to help you fight any acid created by your workout (or just your daily routine) and it’s got a great dose of plant-based protein to set you up for muscle-strengthening success. And because it’s low in sugar (and acid), it won’t undercut the effects of your workout on your waistline either.

Plus, it’s a delicious combination of lime and raspberry that I know you’re going to love. So give this a try and let me know what you think over on Facebook.
