ALKALINE DIET RECIPE: ULTIMATE CHILLED RAW GREEN SOUP

Last time, I shared the foods that are much better sources of potassium than bananas, and you might be surprised to know that all greens are loaded with MINERALS, and potassium is one of your most important one!

So today I’ve got a delicious soup for you that combines both of these potassium-packed foods, along with a lot of other nutrient-dense veggies, to give you nearly all of your daily-recommended value of potassium (plus other important alkaline minerals to help you GET OFF YOUR ACID!)

It’s got a hint of spice, which you can dial up or down, depending on your taste, and it’s crazy flavorful. It’s also really simple, so you can prep dinner in just a few minutes, and have leftovers to enjoy for lunch the next day.
