Today, we’re going to check several secrets off with this awesome recipe I know you’ll love.

First, it delivers the healthy fat and protein that you need to get at every meal. Second, it’s a great meal replacement for one meal each day.

It’s also dairy and gluten free, so it’s one more meal toward avoiding those foods that sabotage your weight loss. And finally, if you feel like emotional eating, this will give you a dose of the chocolate flavor you crave without the guilt!

Plus, it’s delicious. So give this a try and let me know what you think over on Facebook.

      Hi Ann,

To make this recipe more diabetic friendly, just remove the banana and blueberries, and substitute in anything you want – for example, pomegranates, coconut oil, etc. Any low sugar fruit or just omit the fruit and have the greens with cacao and add more fat (coconut oil). I would also suggest making your own almond/hemp milk or almond/cashew milk to stay away from the sugary store bought cartons.
