Are you feeling sluggish, tired, heavy, and not like yourself from all those unhealthy eating habits?  Do you feel tired EVEN after a good night’s sleep?  Do you struggle with nagging cravings that sabotage your efforts to be healthy?

As a doctor, I have ALWAYS been interested in WHY some people are energized, healthy, and fit, and WHY other people are tired all the time, always in pain no matter what they do, and can’t seem to get rid of those few extra nagging pounds.  Like a detective, I followed the evidence and the evidence led me to ACID. It didn’t matter what the condition or symptom was, people who were overweight, stressed, fatigued, joint & muscle pains, bad skin, reflux, bad digestion, etc – the common denominator and the smoking gun was ACID.

    I drink KANGEN water 9.5PH. This is one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. I purchased the K8 from Enagic. Because most of the foods I eat are acidic I find this a great balance in my daily diet. I had a very big halt problem and I was trying to fix it with baking soda. Baking soda did work to a point for few days but I had to quit it. At first I did not want to buy the water ionizer due to its high price. I found other devices that were much cheaper, but at the end I decided to go with the best. I use to put baking soda in my water, tea, coffee till I really had to stop it before other complications would take place. Now I am very satisfied with my Kangen K8. Most of the day I drink 9.5PH and sometimes toward the night a downgrade to 9.0PH or 8.5PH.
    1. I have Renal Tubular Acidosis and tale sodium bicarbonate 650 mg tablets I buy over the counter at the pharmacy. You don't need a prescription. It's the same as baking soda, but in tablet form.

    I can't believe you putted almond milk in your stuff for drink daily. Its the worse thing to avoid to drink. If you wanna make a diet, avoid the processed food basic from the almond. And avoid soya milk too. They are not good for your health. I can't believe a doctor prescribe to drink almond milk!!! Real nutritionnist said it... its bot good for your health but its healthier if you just eat the nut and use soya oil instead. I am just correcting the true fact.

        Hi doctor i suffer from hi acid in mh stomach and urine i drink 3lts water everyday and eat healthy greans etc still no improvement i live in ireland so i have no way of testing my own ph what do suģgest i do if i go to my doctor he only prescribes me antibiotics each time im always in pain and discomfort tired and a lil stressed over it.please help.

      Hi Trent, All vinegar's are acid-forming. The only exception to that rule, is apple-cider vinegar, as it does have alkaline forming effects in the body, and is very effective in killing off harmful bacteria such as H. Pylori. With that said, it is still a fermented product, so for anyone dealing with yeast, or cancer, Dr. Daryl recommends that it's absolutely avoided. ACV does work great for people with reflux. I hope that helps!

      Are you referring to Apple Cider Vinegar? APC is considered to have alkaline-forming effects because of its ability to kill tremendous amounts of bacteria from its acetic acid. It also has a high mineral count. Now, with that said, I have been on the fence of ACV for quite some time now. While it does have MANY good health qualities, it is still fermented, and has yeast and acid. If someone is deealing with reflux, especially if their is H. Pylori contributing, I think it can be quite beneficial and I have used this with MANY clients with great success. However, because of the reasons I stated above, I would never recommend a cancer patient to consume ACV (as Dan Kaufman says fungus is cancer and cancer is fungus). If it is not good for cancer patients, how can it be good for anyone. Research shows that 80% of people have leaky gut - but MY research with Live Blood Cell Anlaysis and THOUSANDS of samples confirms that leaky gut is a problem in 100% of people. In fact, the last 100 samples I have tested, I have found yeast in 100% of the blood sample! That is CRAZY! Yeast should NEVER NEVER be in the blood. And when we find it, I have developed a highly effective protocol to deal with the yeast, but why add gasoline to the fire. Avoid yeast, avoid ALL fermented products because of what I just said. SO many mainstream, very intelligent doctors, are still recommending these fermented foods. But why? Because they obviously haven't seen LIVE BLOOD and visually see live in front of them the fermentation and yeast in the blood. Thats my two cents on this - so at the end of the day, I would avoid it.

    For last two weeks or so, I've been drinking a special drink mixture before bed for weight loss purpose. It contains- turmaric powder 1tsp, cinnamon powder 1tsp, black pepper 1/4 tsp, Apple Cider vinegar 1 tbsp, lemon juice 1 full, honey 1tbsp; all mixed in one glass of water. Am i taking too much acid for my body to handle naturally. Please let me know thanks.

      I like everything in your healing tonic MINUS the ACV and honey. Please read the post above and my comments on ACV. Honey is highly acidic due to the fructose and sugar. Manuka honey in moderation because it has high anti-bacterial properties.

      Slowly start to add alkalizing foods into your diet - let the good begin to outweigh the bad. I also highly recommend the 2 foundational alklaine supplements, the Daily Greens and Daily Minerals. Start once per day, taking greens in AM, and minerals in PM.   6. It's scary to think that acid and stress creates inflammation in your body! How do I know if I have too much acid in my body? I don't drink energy drinks, coffee, or soda, so am I good? Either way, I'll start drinking more water.

    Change to alkaline vegan diet...Have lemon in salt in lukewarm water..Have turmeric + pepper in vegetable salad of cuccumber + carrot.. Go for a brisk walk morning and evening 30 mins till you have a good sweat...Stretching if you sit long hours.. AVOID beef, mutton, shell fish, prawns, pork, and heavy cholestrol makes your blood more viscous and less efficient to carry O2.

    But isnt it fair to say that getting rid of CO2 is what has people ill? Deep breathing is not the answer as we become over oxygenated We need CO2 to help transport and release oxygen into cells and to help open up body tubes and vessels. O2 narrows the tubes and vessels.
