Lean & Green Protein Packed Smoothie
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup coconut, almond, or hemp milk
3/4 cup coconut water or filtered water
1 handful kale
1 handful spinach
1 banana, frozen
1 tbsp. raw almond butter
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
Optional: 1 scoop Alkamind Organic Daily Protein (Vanilla Coconut or Creamy Chocolate)
DIRECTIONS
Blend and enjoy!
