Today, I’ve got one more recipe that combines a bunch of the best cancer fighters into one tasty package.


The Lean & Green Protein Packed Smoothie has got a whopping 6 cancer fighters included in it! You can’t beat that!


• Kale

• Spinach

• Almond butter

• Chia seeds

• Coconut water and flakes

• Almond, hemp, or coconut milk


It’s also a great option for summer mornings when you want to look your best.

Lean & Green Protein Packed Smoothie

Serves 1




baby spinach

1/2 cup coconut, almond, or hemp milk

3/4 cup coconut water or filtered water

1 handful kale

1 handful spinach

1 banana, frozen

1 tbsp. raw almond butter

1 tbsp. chia seeds

1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes

Optional: 1 scoop Alkamind Organic Daily Protein (Vanilla Coconut or Creamy Chocolate)




Blend and enjoy!


Note: If you choose not to use PROTEIN powder, you may add an additional 1 tbsp. of any of the following: chia seeds, hemp seeds, and/or flax seeds.
