AVOCADO BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients [Serves 1]


1 cup coconut water

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup spinach

½ Hass avocado

1 banana, frozen

1 tbsp. fresh lime juice

1 tbsp. coconut oil
