We’re drinking green smoothies like this one, “Big Green,” every morning. It’s full of healthy fats, dark, leafy greens, veggies, and an apple for sweetness and flavor. You’ll love it and your body will thank you for it.

“BIG GREEN” SMOOTHIE

Ingredients [Serves 1]

1 cup coconut or almond milk
1 green apple
2 beetroot leaves
4 kale leaves (stems removed)
1/2 avocado
1/2 cucumber
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Topping: 1 tbsp. chia seeds
Optional: Handful ice cubes

Directions

Blend until smooth. Top with chia seeds to garnish and enjoy!
