1-Minute Pink Power-Up Smoothie

This smoothie is for the parents who were supposed to leave for school and work 5 minutes ago—but still want to give themselves and their kids a healthy, gut-loving, hydrating, and protein-fueled breakfast. 

I got you.

I’m NOT a morning person at all, and it’s honestly a miracle if I get my kids to school on time—with clean socks, brushed teeth, and some sort of meal (usually consumed in the car).

If you can relate, this power-up smoothie is for you because it takes literally a minute to make!

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of Gut Punch
  • 2 scoops of Acid-Kicking Protein Powder (I use Vanilla Coconut)
  • 2 scoops of Acid-Kicking Minerals: Kiwi-Strawberry. This gives it the pink color that my kids love!
  • 1 cup (or just dump some in) of an organic coconut milk
  • 1 cup or fill the bottom of the blender with water, about 1 inch
  • 1 banana

This portion size is what works for me and my two littles, so add more or less depending on your needs.

Directions:

  • Dump it all in and push power!
  • Pour in bottles, sippy cups, closed cups, and chuck them into the car for on-the-go fuel!
