If you’ve ever looked at Ryan Seacrest and wondered how he has so much energy? Or thought, Wow, he is a GOOD LOOKING and Fit man for 51!
Well…his secret is out: Ryan recently revealed his morning routine on Instagram, and he does 3 powerful things you can EASILY do yourself.
You may not be hosting, producing, and traveling daily, but your body still endures the stress of being constantly on the go, and I’ll bet you wish you could show up each day with Ryan’s focus and enthusiasm.
His three things are not extraordinarily expensive four-hour wellness routines nor monk-level discipline.
Just quick, simple habits he ADDS to his morning. No restriction, no nonsense. Just consistency and strategy.
Watch Ryan’s video here on YouTube and here on Instagram. But for all the real insight, keep on reading…
Habit #1: Drink Your Daily Greens (Before Life Gets

Loud)
Before workouts. Before emails. Before the chaos of the day kicks in.
However, I didn’t mention before kids wake up—because that is something you can do all together! Click here to learn about my “picky kids” greens hack.
Drinking a daily greens blend first thing in the morning helps:
- Flood your body with alkalizing minerals
- Support gut health and digestion
- Nourish your brain for better focus
- Reduce inflammation
- Support immune resilience
- Improve recovery and endurance
- Promote healthy aging from the inside out
- Energize you more than the energizer bunny
Here’s the key: do it first thing so that you can live in your full potential thanks so optimal nutrition! Because when you and your cells are nourished, everything works better.

Habit #2: A Spoonful of Organic Olive Oil (Yes—Straight Up)
Since 3000 BC, people have been drinking olive oil to flow in health benefits. Modern science now confirms this liquid gold:
- Reduces inflammation (the cause of most diseases)
- Protects brain cells
- Nourishes the gut lining
- Supports healthy cholesterol levels
Basically, what ancient cultures observed through lived experience, science now explains at the molecular level.
And it certainly looks good on Ryan.
You can use any organic olive oil, but I highly suggest my friend Shayna’s Certified Organic Ancient Italian Olive Oil. To make the spoonfull even more powerful, try it as part of our Gut Glow Shot.
Habit #3: Upgrade Your Coffee (Instead of Giving It Up)
Coffee isn’t the problem. (Was your sigh of relief heard around the world?!)
It’s the horrifically damaging additions (artificial creamers, sugars, etc.) and the fact that the average cup of coffee has a pH of 4, making it 1,000X more ACIDIC than tap water. That extreme acidity depletes the vitamins and minerals in your body, leading to infertility, faster aging, acid reflux, irregularities in heart function, vitamin deficiencies, and many other health issues.
However, most people will still say: Over my dead body, Dr. Daryl. I will not give up my coffee.
Ryan is one of them, which is why he adds Acid-Kicking Black Coffee Alkalizer to his morning brew. That little packet he adds turns his coffee into a SUPERFOOD.
It neutralizes acid, gives inflammation the boot, alleviates bloating and stomach issues, relieves reflux, and loads you up with essential minerals (calcium, potassium, and magnesium) to fuel your body and power up your day! And since your body literally runs on minerals, you want to make sure there are plenty to rev your engine!
Why These Two Habits Matter More Than You Think
These aren’t just “health hacks;” they’re foundational upgrades.
When your body is less acidic and more mineral-rich:
- Cravings calm down
- Weight loss becomes easier
- Digestion improves
- Brain power sharpens
- Hormones function more smoothly
- Aging slows at the cellular level
- Energy is no longer an issue
Basically: Your body feels better, you feel better—LIFE is better.
You show up with more patience and resilience—no matter what life chucks your way.
Adding in Acid-Kicking Coffee Alkalizer, Acid-Kicking Greens, and a spoonful of Organic Oil Olive set the tone for the entire day—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
They’re simple, realistic, and effective.
If someone as busy as Ryan Seacrest can anchor his mornings with just three simple habits, so can we.
You got this; we’ve got you!
