Slow-Cooker Vegetable Soup Recipe by Dr. Daryl

If your days are anything like the ones in our house, you need this recipe in your life!

It’s a super easy way to end the day with a satisfying, nutritious dinner that is ready the minute you are. Set it up in the morning in your crock pot, and it will take care of the rest. We haven’t tried it in an Insta-Pot, but there’s no reason it wouldn’t work in that as well.

The soup includes a ton of veggies and quinoa, which is optional. If you want to cut back on servings of quinoa, you could certainly serve this with vegetables only.

However you serve it, it will be a warm, tasty meal for the cold nights to come.

"What I like most about Dr. Daryl’s method is that it’s not a ‘diet’ but more of a lifestyle change. There’s no counting calories or limiting portion sizes, only a new awareness of ‘alkaline eating.’ Once you learn the difference between alkaline and acidic ingredients, you will know what to eat and will be able to benefit from keeping this balance in your bodies.
