My Lucky Green Avocado Bowl is creamy, refreshing, and packed with alkaline ingredients that support digestion, hormones, and detox pathways.
Avocados are a “God-Hack” because (and I could go on for eternity!):
- Naturally low in acid and rich in healthy monounsaturated fats, making them gentle on the digestive system and helpful for people with acid reflux.

- They also help your body absorb fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) from other foods.

- They are one of my favorite anti-inflammatory foods—and inflammation is the cause of most diseases.
This recipe also includes a few powerful additions:
- Lime juice supports liver detox and alkalizes the body.
- Cilantro helps support natural detox pathways.
- Hemp seeds deliver omega-3s and minerals that support calm energy and hormone balance.
Ingredients
½ ripe avocado, chopped
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Pinch of sea salt
1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp hemp seeds
Optional: chili flakes or diced cucumber for extra crunch
Instructions
- Chop the avocado into small cubes.
- Toss gently with lime juice, sea salt, cilantro, and hemp seeds.
- Add chili flakes or cucumber if desired, and enjoy immediately.
