I’m a super busy mom and entrepreneur, and this is the easiest and most effective way to ensure that my family—and your family—is getting all the nutrients, healthy fats, minerals, and gut healing magic (which is just science) they need every day: The Everything Smoothie.
My kids, even the one in daycare, have not been sick since doing this, and I have experienced a noticeable difference in my health, strength, energy, brain power, and even post-birthing-two-kids waistline.
My secret trick? I literally put all my products into one smoothie that my family ritually drinks every morning. It balances out whatever junk they get at school, and it gives my family and me the strength, mental focus, and energy we need for the day.
The measurements below are for me and my two kids, but adjust as needed for your family size. Also, take creative liberties and use what you already have in your fridge and freezer.

Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of Gut Punch
- 2 scoops of Acid-Kicking Plant-Based Protein: Vanilla Coconut
- 2 scoops of Acid-Kicking Minerals: Kiwi Strawberry
- 2 scoops of Acid-Kicking Greens: Berry or Citrus
- A big scoop of Organic Coconut Oil (Amazing for brain health and gives a creamy taste—buy the big tub at Costco!)
- About half a cup of Organic Chia Seeds (Buy the big bag at Costco!)
- 1 banana
- A handful of organic spinach
- About 4-6 frozen organic strawberries
- About a cup of organic coconut milk
- About a cup of water
Directions:

- Dump it all into your blender.
- Dance around with your kiddos.
- Drink up!
I love how simple, modifiable, and magnificently healthy this recipe is! It seals the gut from harm, nourishes the brain, neutralizes acid, calms anxiety and ADHD with minerals, and provides an immense amount of nutrients! …and my kids happily drink it!
