Gut Punch
Mix 1 scoop into 6–8 oz. of any hot or cold beverage. Take every morning on an empty stomach for best results. Add a second scoop before bed when additional gut support is needed.

Acid-Kicking Greens
Add 1 scoop to a glass of water or your favorite smoothie every morning. Stir, shake, or blend until smooth.
