Alkaline Diet Recipe: Red Velvet Protein Smoothie

 

 

 

In my next post, I’m going to tell you all about Sacha Inchi, the plant-based protein you didn’t know you were missing. It’s one of the few protein sources I respect enough to include in our Alkamind Organic Daily Protein powders.

RED VELVET PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Ingredients [Serves 1]

1 cup unsweetened coconut (or almond) milk
1 tbsp. almond butter
1 medium beet
1 cucumber
1 scoop creamy chocolate Alkamind Daily Protein

DIRECTIONS

Shred the raw beet and add to the blender, along with the other ingredients. Blend and enjoy!
