Blueberry Ginger Morning Detox Smoothie Recipe by Dr. Daryl

  • 2 cups kale, loosely packed
  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tsp. ginger, peeled and finely grated
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut milk


Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
