Chopped Berries With Mint and Coconut Butter

I love the red, white, and blue (berries).

This recipe is ideal for a 4th of July party. It takes about a minute to make, tastes like summer sweetness, and beautifully showcases the colors of freedom.

It also provides healthy fats (to balance out other sugars that sneak into holiday spreads) and is the BEST way to eat fruit and stay alkaline. To make this treat even sweetener, buy the berries from your local farmer’s market.

Ingredients: (Serves 1)

  • 1 cup of mixed berries: blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut butter, soft or melted
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped mint

Directions:

  • Drizzle the coconut butter on the berries and sprinkle with mint.

To energize yourself for the holiday weekend and everyday life, make sure to drink coffee. Yep, I support you drinking coffee—as long as you add a scoop of Acid-Kicking Coffee Alkalizer.

It neutralizes the acids in your coffee that drain your body of the minerals it needs for peak mental and physical performance.

The MCT and coconut oils accelerate fat burning and keep you focused all day. Check out the other strategic ingredients here. Salted caramel, black, hazelnut, or mocha—we got your favorite flavor.
