The Morning After Detox Plan

Holiday party season is in full swing—and you SHOULD enjoy evenings of glitz, festive foods, and ugly sweater contests. Just follow my detox plan so you can also celebrate feeling good the next morning.

The Dr. Daryl Acid-Kicking Detox Tonic

  • 1-inch piece of turmeric
