The Treatment for High Blood Pressure You May Not Know About

This is possibly the single most important issue I could write about.

Heart disease is the #1 killer in the US year after year. Yes, even in 2020 when there were so many deaths from Covid – there were even more from heart disease. And that’s to say nothing of the thousands who die of heart disease related complications like stroke.

Heart disease costs us billions of dollars in healthcare expenses each year, in addition to the toll in human lives lost. And clearly, it’s not going away or getting better anytime soon.

Adding to the problem, the way the medical establishment treats heart disease is simply masking the symptoms. It’s a Band-Aid fix that doesn’t address the real problem.

That’s what we’re going to talk about today. I’ll explain what you can really do to prevent one of the main indicators and causes of heart disease – high blood pressure – from killing you and the people you love.

What Is High Blood Pressure?

Everyone’s blood pressure is different within a range from hypotension (low blood pressure) on one end to hypertension on the other end. Hypertension is known as a “silent killer” because it may present no symptoms until a health crisis like a heart attack.

While some people have high blood pressure their entire lives, it often increases with age. You may be surprised to know that high blood pressure is just as common in women as in men. Family history and lifestyle are the biggest factors that affect blood pressure levels.

Excess blood pressure makes the heart work harder than it should have to, which can lead to damage to the arteries, heart attack, stroke, and atherosclerosis, which is fatty artery buildup that you may have heard referred to as plaque.

Along with cholesterol, blood pressure is considered by modern medicine to be the top indicators of heart health or heart disease.

Where Doctors Get It Wrong

Western medicine is correct that high blood pressure puts excess strain on the heart, leading to heart disease. But the reason for that hypertension, as well as the other main indicator doctors use, is sadly misguided.

In order to explain why, I need to tell you a little more about cholesterol.

Cholesterol gets a bad rap, but it’s actually a necessary component of all living cells. It’s responsible for holding cells together, it helps create hormones, and it’s vital for brain and nervous system function.

Our bodies produce their own cholesterol because it’s so important, and what we eat is a small portion of the cholesterol in our bodies.

Although we associate the two, cholesterol is not the cause of heart disease. It’s believed today that high cholesterol is a marker (not a cause) for heart disease.

LDL, or “bad cholesterol,” is low-density lipoproteins. These proteins are the ambulances, carrying the vast majority of the cholesterol throughout our bodies and repairing cell damage when ACID and INFLAMMATION strikes. This is how cholesterol (and LDL in particular) gets a bad reputation.

Where there are high levels of inflammation, there will be high levels of LDL cholesterol. That inflammation, particularly in the arteries, which is caused in part by high blood pressure, is the true cause of heart disease.

Saying cholesterol is to blame for heart disease is like saying first responders are to blame in an emergency! Now you can see why high cholesterol can be a sign of heart disease, without being a cause, whereas high blood pressure is both a sign and a cause.

Cholesterol is TREATING inflammation that is at the heart of the matter (pun intended).

So How Do We Decrease Inflammation and Lower Blood Pressure?

The best defense against inflammation of the arteries (and elsewhere in the body) is a diet rich in phytonutrients and antioxidants, including lots of vegetables and low sugar fruits, as well as healthy, plant-based fats.

In fact, it should come as no surprise that many of the causes of inflammation are acids like stress, lack of exercise, fried foods, and fatty meats. So if you want to prevent heart disease, you’ve got to get off your acid.

Foods that fight inflammation include:

  • Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts
  • Dark, leafy greens like spinach and kale
  • Beets
  • Squash
  • Seaweed
  • Raw almonds and cashews
  • Beans
  • Avocado
  • Coconut
  • Seeds
  • Tree nuts
  • Wild-caught Pacific salmon
  • Teas, herbs, and spices

It’s also highly important that you take an omega-3 supplement to balance the pro-inflammatory fats in so many foods like vegetable and canola oils, salad dressings, baked goods, most beef and dairy, and worst of all, chicken. It’s virtually impossible to eat a diet with enough anti-inflammatory fats without a supplement.

Our Acid-Kicking Daily Omega-3 is the best quality supplement on the planet. It’s the ONLY one with the ideal 2:1 ratio of EPA to DHA in a highly concentrated form.

So you can take less and get more benefit from it. Plus it’s heavy metal free and guaranteed for potency and freshness, so no fishy taste.

The Treatment for High Blood Pressure Your Doctor Has Not Told You About

If you’re concerned about your blood pressure levels, or your doctor has put you on ACE inhibitor or statin medications, I want to share an alternative or complimentary treatment that you probably have not heard about.

It’s heart disease and other serious medical conditions that led me to look into the best tools on earth to fight inflammation. And for a long time, I recommended turmeric to patients in my clinic because it’s an excellent anti-inflammatory.

But frankly, I was unsatisfied. As powerful as turmeric is against free radicals and inflammation, I continued to search for the strongest anti-inflammatory nature could supply.

I began offering Acid-Kicking Black Seed Oil to patients in my wellness clinic, and the results were so amazing, I had to make it more widely available. It’s 3 times stronger than turmeric and 3 times stronger than any other black seed oil. It also has 1,000 more active antioxidants than vitamin E and Echinacea.

Clients with high blood pressure immediately saw their blood pressure go way down to safer levels.

In 1 little daily capsule, Acid-Kicking Black Seed Oil will:

  • Promote heart health thanks to fatty acids, phytosterols, and antioxidants
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Regulate cholesterol
