Alkaline Diet Recipe - Two Of My Favorite Raw Detox Recipes!

Today, I am on day 2 of the Alkamind 7-Day Alkaline SUMMER Cleanse.

We have an awesome group I am coaching in my Private Facebook Group, and I am excited to see the WINS that this group will begin to experience over the next 7 days as they DETOXIFY their bodies from ACID!

Basically, detoxification means cleansing the blood.

This is done by removing impurities from the blood in the liver, where toxins are processed for elimination.

The body also eliminates toxins through the kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymphatic system, and skin, while at the same time, refueling the body with healthy nutrients.

A proper cleanse or detox is about two important elements – TOXICTY & DEFICIENCY.

For example, if a plant begins to wilt, what comes to mind?

Most Western doctors would say drugs or surgery!

But do you see how silly that sounds (unless there was a crisis).

Give the plant what it needs…water, sunlight, nutrients…

And PULL OUT any toxins in the soil that it doesn’t need.

You see, we are no different.

When you remove toxins from the body (and cleanse the blood and liver) from dietary acids, environmental pollutants, pesticides, heavy metals and chemicals that have been stored in our tissues and cells, here is what you can expect…

  • Reduce Inflammation
  • Weight Loss
  • Promote Skin Health
  • Boost Energy
  • Mental Alertness

So today, you don’t need to be on my cleanse to promote some of these detox benefits in your body.

I’d like to share with you my two of my favorite raw recipes from our cleanse so you can begin to detox and cleanse your body!  ENJOY!

My new book, Get Off Your Acid: 7Steps in 7 Days to Lose Weight, Fight Inflammation, and Reclaim Your Health and Energy, is full of recipes, tips, and ideas to take you from sluggish and in pain to healthy, energetic, and slim.

Kelly Ripa, who wrote the Foreword, had this to say:

“What I like most about Dr. Daryl’s method is that it’s not a ‘diet’ but more of a lifestyle change. There’s no counting calories or limiting portion sizes, only a new awareness of ‘alkaline eating.’

Once you learn the difference between alkaline and acidic ingredients, you will know what to eat and will be able to benefit from keeping this balance in your bodies.

“Whether your goal is to lose weight, sleep deeper, feel more rested, think more clearly, or boost your energy, this plan will get you there…”
