Maybe you love winter, but I know you don’t love what comes with winter for far too many folks, and that’s getting sick.
If you want to avoid getting sick in the next few months, which has already happened to so many people this fall with school being back in session, flu season kicking up, and of course, the virus that we can’t seem to get rid of, it’s time to boost your immune system.
It’s not about what’s out there in the world, it’s about what’s in here – inside our bodies that’s ready to fight off and defend against whatever we come across out there.
That’s why today, I’m sharing my complete protocol of 12 supplements I take each and every day.
I’ve talked about my supplement protocol before, but it has changed and evolved in the past year and a half. If you’re still doing what you were doing back then, that’s great, and it’s still incredibly powerful, but what I’m going to share with you today is even more powerful.
I’ve talked to so many people who have gotten sick and they say, “What should I do?” We can’t be reactive; we have to be PROactive! So that way, if you’re exposed, you’re ready.If you get sick, these recommendations will help too, but if you take them in advance of getting exposed, you’ll keep from getting sick or minimize symptoms.
Remember, it’s not about perfection. It’s about making incremental changes that are going to build your immunity, boost your energy, and keep you feeling awesome.
Some of these are my products and some aren’t. This is not about selling products, it’s about giving you the tools to stay healthy and avoid getting sick. This is what WORKS!
With that said, let’s get started.
Supplement #1: Acid-Kicking Immunity
The #1 most important by far is one of our newest products, Acid-Kicking Immunity!
If you look at a lot of the immunity supplements out there, you’ll find that there are usually about a million ingredients on the list. That looks good, right? But it means there’s not enough of any one thing to make a difference in your body.
This is LESS that does MORE for you. There are 4 all-natural superfood ingredients to strengthen and support your immunity, both today and long-term.
The first ingredient is chaga mushroom, which comes from a forest in Siberia, where it’s known as the “mushroom of immortality.” It’s the most powerful antioxidant in the world, period.
It’s got elderberry and astaxanthin, which are also super powerful antioxidants. And then it also has the right amount of vitamin C compared to other supplements to keep you from getting sick.
I take 2 of these with dinner every night.

You can also do 5 sprays in each nostril as you breathe in through the nose, then blow your nose right after. Just make sure you have 2 different bottles and label one for nose and one for mouth. J You can also get a nebulizer or even a mini-nebulizer for travel to breathe it right into your lungs.
If you ever start feeling any congestion, sniffles, or post-nasal drip, do both the nose and mouth protocol 5 to 7 times throughout the day.
Supplement #5: Natural Anti-Inflammatory
This is super important that you don’t have chronic inflammation going on in your body if you get sick.
Turmeric is great, but Acid-Kicking Black Seed Oil is 3 times stronger than turmeric and ours is 3 times stronger than any other black seed oil. It also has 1,000 times more active antioxidants than vitamin E and Echinacea.
I don’t say this to sell our product, but it really is the best quality supplement you can buy and I want to guard you with all of the information.
Supplement #6: Antioxidant Quercetin
Are you sensing a theme here? Before you get sick, you need antioxidants to fight oxidative stress, which is damage to your cells from inflammation, bacteria, viral pathogens, and acidity.
Quercetin, in particular, stops the histamine reaction, so it’s especially good to take during allergy season, but all year long it will keep your cells healthy.
You want to take 500mg of quercetin a day, which for the brand I use is 2 capsules, so I take one with lunch and one with dinner.
Supplement #7: Probiotics
80% of your immune system lives in your gut. So you’ve got to keep your digestive tract healthy, and the best way to do that is probiotics.
Everyone should be taking a good quality probiotic twice a day with meals. I rotate mine so I’m introducing new, beneficial bacteria. I love Klaire Labs and MegaSporbiotic, but there are a lot of different good brands out there.
Supplement #8: Zinc Lozenges
You want to take the kind you can suck on, rather than the liquid you swallow. The research is clear that the lozenge kind is more powerful for an active virus. They taste great too.
To prevent getting sick, 50 mg per day, taken around the time you eat is good. If you’re sick or fear you’re getting sick, take 100mg per day, which is probably 5 or 6 spread out, depending on your brand.
Supplement #9: Fish Oil
You may have heard that the virus causes a citokyne storm, which means inflammation skyrockets all over the body, causing weird and awful symptoms you do not want.
So it’s super important you prevent inflammation, and the best way to do that is Acid-Kicking Daily Omega-3.
Our really is the best quality supplement on the market, and I don’t just say that to profit off of it. It’s the ONLY one with the ideal 2:1 ratio of EPA to DHA in a highly concentrated form. So you can take less and get more benefit from it. Plus it’s heavy metal free and best for ocean sustainability.
I take 3,000mg, which is 3 softgels per day, one with lunch and 2 with dinner. If you’re sick, double that and take 6 per day to prevent that inflammatory storm.
Supplement #10: CBD Oil
CBD is also a powerful inflammation fighter and it improves sleep. I’m a huge fan of my good friend, Shayna Taylor’s brand, Bottle & Stone. One squirt in your mouth in the morning and another before you go to sleep is the dose I recommend.
Supplement #11: D3+K2
This is our newest supplement. Acid-Kicking D3+K2 is the best vitamin D supplement on the market.

BONUS Supplement #13: L-Carnitine
This one is not required in general, but if you have lost your sense of taste and smell from the virus, which is something so many people suffer from for a long time, this supplement is a Godsend. People have great success with this within 2 to 4 weeks, even if they’ve been lacking taste and smell for up for a year.
