I can’t believe I’ve never shared today’s smoothie recipe with you before.

It’s a favorite in the Winter Recipe Book, because it’s packed full of raw veggies. It combines kale, cucumber, avocado, and cilantro with flavorful ginger, lemon, coconut water, and a secret ingredient to make it taste great.

Ingredients [Serves 1-2]
1 cup kale (packed)
1/2 cucumber
1/4 avocado
1/2 lemon
Handful cilantro
1/2 inch fresh ginger root
1 cup coconut water (Optional: freeze into ice cubes for a frozen texture)
