Today, I’ve got a quick and easy smoothie for you that tastes delicious. It combines banana, blueberry, cinnamon, and chia seeds with fresh greens.
It really just takes a few minutes and a blender to start your morning by kicking acid. This smoothie is highly alkaline, thanks to the spinach, chia seeds, and coconut water.

- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 large handful spinach
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- Dash cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- Blend and enjoy!
