Hearty Oats Power Breakfast Smoothie

Serves 2




2 cups fresh spinach

2 cups coconut milk, unsweetened

1 green apple

1 banana, frozen

1/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats
(I use Bob’s Red Mill)
