
One of my go-to ways to enjoy my 5 to THRIVE is by lavishly eating nature’s butter—avocados! These 5 ingredients are key to getting off sugar and optimizing hormones—which leads to optimal mental, physical, and emotional health!
5 To Thrive:
➢ 1 tbsp. Pure Himalayan Pink Salt or Real Salt
➢ 1 tbsp. raw almond, coconut, macadamia nut, or cacao butter
➢ 1 tbsp. of omega-9 oil (avocado oil, extra virgin olive oil, black seed oil, or macadamia nut oil)
➢ 1 tbsp. coconut oil or MCT oil (add a pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt)
➢ 2 tbsp. of chia seeds in six ounces of filtered water
This recipe includes most of the 5 to THRIVE ingredients and can be made in seconds.
Ingredients: (serves 1-2)
- 1 Hass avocado
- 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- Pinch of cumin
- Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Directions:
- Cut open the avocado.
- Sprinkle all the ingredients above on top of the avocado.
- Eat both sides or share with a loved one!
