Dr. Daryl’s 5 To Thrive

My decades of questioning, researching, and testing—on repeat—have led me to these 5 powerhouse ingredients. They are secret weapons to help you get off your sugar, lose weight, balance your hormones, be filled with energy, and experience your best health ever. 

Write them down, no-engrave them, in your kitchen so that you remember to enjoy  each of these daily.  Here are my 5 to Thrive:

1 tbsp. Pure Himalayan Pink Salt or Real Salt: Contains 74 trace minerals to ALKALIZE and energize. It also improves heart health, as well as strengthens hair, skin, and nails.

1 tbsp. raw almond, coconut, macadamia nut, or cacao butter: A super healthy fat that supports brain and mood health while giving your body loads of vitamins and minerals.
