Autumn Apple “Nachos”

From a fun after-school snack to a fall craft night with the girls—this festive treat is something everyone will love to the core…and it loves their body right back!

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon of raw, unsweetened almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon of 100% dark chocolate chips or raw cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened desiccated coconut, sulfite-free
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • Dash of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Slice the apple into thin wedges.
  2. Arrange the wedges in a circular fashion on a plate.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the nut butter until it flows easily.
  4. Drizzle the nut butter over the apples, and then sprinkle the chocolate chips,

coconut, almonds, and hemp seeds.

  1. Sprinkle the cinnamon and lemon juice.
  2. Enjoy!
