Avocado Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients: (Serves 2)
- 1 1/2 avocados
- 2∕3 cup coconut water, ideally raw
- 1 tablespoon vanilla (I use Medicine Flowers Vanilla 10 drops)
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao
- 3 pitted dates (can use 5 to make it a little sweeter)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt (Celtic Grey, Himalayan, or Redmond Real Salt)
Directions:
- Blend on high in a blender. That’s it!
- Feel free to sprinkle pomegranates, nuts, raspberries, mint leaves, and other toppings you desire.
- If you actually have leftovers, please store them in a closed container in the fridge.
