Can you believe it’s June already?

Now is a perfect time to recommit to your health and wellness if you’ve let the way you eat slide over the last few months.

BERRY CLEANSING SMOOTHIE

Ingredients [Serves 1]

1 handful spinach or other greens

1/2 cup coconut water

1/2 cup mixed frozen berries

1/2 cucumber

1 tbsp. raw almond butter

Directions

Blend and enjoy!

GET OFF YOUR ACID!
