“Big Green” Smoothie Recipe

Here in New York City, we’re doing everything we can to keep ourselves and our loved ones safe and healthy.

One thing we can all do, no matter where you are or how worried you are about the coronavirus, is start your day off with a nutrient-rich green smoothie to boost your immune system and keep you energized.

For more tips, watch for my blog post on Thursday: What You Can Do to Keep You & Your Loved Ones Safe Right Now.

We’re drinking green smoothies like this one, “Big Green,” every morning. It’s full of healthy fats, dark, leafy greens, veggies, and an apple for sweetness and flavor. You’ll love it and your body will thank you for it.

Give it a try and let me know what you think over on Facebook.
