Chai Almond Smoothie

This one is for the chai lovers who want to experience bliss after a chai latte or tea instead of bloating, brain fog, and jitters from a typical latte packed with sugar and artificial ingredients.

My version is brimming with anti-inflammatory spices like cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom, plus the creamy goodness of coconut milk and almond butter—it's like a hug in a glass.

It’s a hug that keeps on giving since it tastes like a dreamy chai latte that also fuels your body with alkalizing, nutrient-rich ingredients that support digestion, energy, and overall well-being.

Blend, sip, and let every velvety sip bring you back to balance.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. cardamom
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. raw almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla (or 3 drops of Medicine Flowers Vanilla)

Directions

  • Combine all spices together in a small bowl to create the chai spice mixture.
The above ingredients for the spice mixture will make multiple smoothies, so store the remainder in an airtight container for future use.
  • Combine 2 tsp. of the chai spice mixture with the coconut milk, banana, almond butter, chia seeds, and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Sip, breathe, and find your zen.

True zen and inner peace come from a solid night of sleep. However, our crazy, chaotic world isn’t always conducive to easily getting deep, rejuvenating shut-eye.

THIS is exactly why I created Acid-Kicking Magnesium to replenish your body with magnesium so that YOU can alleviate stress, enjoy refreshing sleep, and sharpen mental focus. It’s a hug in a bottle!
