This healing and energizing tonic can be made in seconds, and you only need 3 ingredients that can be bought in bulk. Bottoms up.
Ingredients: (Serves 1)
- 1 fresh lemon slice
- Coconut water
- 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
- Squeeze the lemon and put the slice in the coconut water.
- Add the chia seeds.
- Stir with a spoon and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes, or use a small handheld electric mixer to stir the chia in for 1 minute.
- Add in ice, if you want.
