Festive Fall Smoothie Recipe

Are you missing the acidic pumpkin spice treats you’re seeing everywhere at this time of year?

Or, are you beginning the holiday season by adding more INFLAMMATION, ACID, and WEIGHT to your body from these delicious holiday beverages?

No need to feel deprived! You can have the best of both worlds by making your own alkaline version instead. This smoothie is perfect for breakfast but could be enjoyed at any time of day and it will give you those flavors you love during this time of year.

It will also give you tons of vitamins and minerals to start your day, plus nourishing fats and plant-based protein from the chia seeds. (For more on how to enjoy chia seeds like this delicious smoothie, keep an eye out for Thursday’s post.)

So give it a try and let me know what you think over on Facebook.
