GREEN SWEEP SMOOTHIE

Ingredients [Serves 1]


1 cup coconut water
2 leaves kale (stems removed)
1 cup spinach
½ lemon, peeled
½ inch piece of ginger, peeled
½ cucumber
1 pear
1 tbsp. coconut oil (or avocado oil)
5 fresh mint leaves
