Chelsea here, and one of my favorite family moments of summer is blending fireworks and ice cream to make on the 4th of July (and every day of summer!)
We teamed up to create a summer treat that’s cold, creamy, fruity, and secretly packed with nutrients. Spoiler: this isn’t your average sugar-loaded dessert pretending to be a snack. It’s made with real fruit, healthy fats, a splash of honey, and Gut Punch, our go-to gut health hero that magically disappears into anything. (Zero taste, zero drama.)
Aleas’s flavor picks? Strawberries and blueberries for the 4th of July “because they look like fireworks,”
You’ll Need:
-
1 can full-fat coconut milk (13.5 oz)
-
2 cups fresh fruit (we love strawberries, blueberries, mango…)
-
2–3 tbsp raw honey
-
1 scoop Gut Punch (you won’t taste it, but your gut will throw a party)
-
Optional extras: chocolate chips, coconut shreds, vanilla, sea salt, rainbow sprinkles
Instructions (written by Alea, supervised by Mom):
-
Put everything in a blender.
-
Blend until it looks like a milkshake you’d pay $8 for.
-
Pour into cute molds, an ice cube tray, or just a container you can scoop from.
-
Freeze for 4–6 hours.
-
Scoop, eat, repeat. (Let it sit out a few mins if it’s too hard.)
Why We Add Gut Punch?
Because it’s our not-so-secret weapon. One tasteless scoop turns this dreamy treat into a powerhouse for the whole fam—supporting digestion, immunity, brain function, and hydration. For the kids, it means fewer meltdowns and more balance. For moms? Think ;you are boosting skin hydration, nail strengthening and better bloat-free days. No weird flavor —just a serious glow-up hidden in dessert.
Until then, we’ll be here—eating ice cream that actually does something.
