  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  1. Placed the chopped apples in a small saucepan along with the water.
  2. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. After 5 minutes or so, the apples will become slightly soft, and the water will be fully absorbed.
  4. Add the coconut oil and stir it into the chopped apples.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring every minute or so. Add the cinnamon, sea salt, and vanilla. Stir well.
  6. Cook for another few minutes, stirring until the apples reach your desired firmness and consistency.

Most people who live in cold places test incredibly low for Vitamin D throughout

the winter. It makes sense as their skin barely gets kissed by the healing sun.

A lack of vitamin D leads to typical winter issues such as seasonal depression, fatigue, body aches, hair loss, and easily getting sick. However, that doesn’t have to apply to you!

It IS possible to feel naturally happy, energetic, and vibrant all winter long via supplementing with Acid-Kicking Vitamin D3+K2! This season, keep the sunshine in your soul (body and mind) all winter long!
