Ingredients: (serves 1)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk from a carton
- 1 tablespoon raw almond or macadamia nut butter
- 1/2 Hass avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 2 teaspoons maca powder
- 2 or 3 drops of organic liquid stevia
- 1/2 cup ice
Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and puree for about a minute! Pour into your favorite thermal mug and get going on your day! Healthy power breakfast—check!
