Macadamia Nut Dip

If you love hummus, you will be obsessed with my macadamia nut dip. It sends your taste buds on a mini Hawaiian vacation and makes eating raw veggies a delightful experience.

This recipe lasts for about a week in a sealed container in your fridge, so feel free to make a few batches at once. Your family will thank you.

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

  • 1 cup raw macadamia nuts, soaked in water overnight and drained
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt (Celtic Grey, Himalayan pink, or Redmond Real Salt)
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

  • Place all the ingredients, starting with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, including sea salt and pepper to taste, in a food processor.
  • Puree until smooth.
  • Add more olive oil as needed to reach your desired consistency.
  • That’s it.

Besides providing a deliciously sweet and nutty snack, macadamia nuts are packed with magnesium—a mineral that every organ of your body REQUIRES for optimal health.

However, most people are tragically deficient in magnesium, which is why they are suffering from bad sleep, joint pain, depression, weakness, muscle spasms, high blood pressure, etc. Learn why magnesium could be your missing link here.

Do yourself a massive favor and order Acid-Kicking Magnesium, the most bioavailable magnesium (citrate, bis-glycinate, and taurate) on the market today. Dip into veggies and optimal health with macadamia nuts and Acid-Kicking Magnesium.
