Power Greens Smoothie Recipe by Dr. Daryl

One of my favorite days of the year is almost here! Happy Thanksgiving a few days early!

Today I’ve got a recipe for you that will start off your Thanksgiving Day the right way. If you want energy to get through hours of cooking, some early shopping, or just spending time with family, this smoothie will give you a boost that lasts all day.

My Power Greens Smoothie is filled with energizing, acid-fighting ingredients, including 4 green veggies! Thanks to the coconut water and lime, it’s also delicious.

Included in the recipe is our protein powder. You may find you want the added sweetness since there is no sweet fruit in this smoothie. If you don’t have a canister of our Vanilla Coconut flavor in your pantry, you could substitute a couple of drops of organic liquid stevia, or half of a frozen banana.

Between this smoothie and a cup of coffee with a scoop of Pumpkin Spice Acid-Kicking Coffee Alkalizer, your Thanksgiving morning will be off to an awesome start! We did a limited run of the Pumpkin Spice flavor, and we’re almost out, so if you haven’t tried it, order now while you still can.

It delivers plant-based, clean keto fats, acid-fighting minerals, pure Himalayan pink mineral salts, and enzymes to optimize brain-boosting energy, suppress hunger, and burn body fat throughout your day. It also comes in 5 other yummy flavors – Salted Caramel, Mocha, Vanilla, Black, and NEW Hazelnut!

Now I know what you’re thinking… Could you add a scoop of Pumpkin Spice Coffee Alkalizer to this smoothie to turn it into a festive holiday treat?

I haven’t tried it, but I don’t see why not! With ingredients this good for you, you can enjoy it any way you can dream up.

1 cup spinach
1/2 cup kale
