Raw Milk Latte

If you haven’t read my latest article on the benefits of RAW MILK, please do so right now.

Raw milk has my full blessing because it’s full of living-giving and gut-healing nutrients such as beneficial enzymes, amino acids, vitamins, omega-3s, and probiotics.

This latte is creamy, glorious, and includes my brain-boosting coffee alkalizer. Sip in decadence and optional brain, gut, and body nutrition. 

Ingredients: (Serves 1 cup)

  • Fresh ground espresso (medium ground)
  • Filtered water (to fill your espresso pot to the line)
  • 1-3 Tablespoons heavy raw cream (optional and depends on your preference)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup whole raw milk (depends on your preference)
  • Acid-Kicking Coffee Alkalizer (I love Hazelnut, but all of the flavors work well)
  • 1 teaspoon of melted organic coconut oil (optional for added flavor and brain and fat-burning benefits)
  • Cinnamon powder (optional for added flavor and anti-inflammatory benefits)


  1. Brew your fresh espresso. 
  2. Pour the fresh, hot espresso into your preferred Wake-Up, Kick Acid cup.
  3. Pour in heavy raw cream and raw milk.
  4. Add in a scoop of Acid-Kicking Coffee Alkalizer to neutralize the acid.
  5. Optimal: Add in melted organic coconut oil and cinnamon.
  6. Breathe a deep, life-giving breath and enjoy!
