Superpower Alkaline Treats
Ingredients: (makes 24 servings)
- 1 cup of raw almond butter
- 6 dates, pitted
- ¼ cup of flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup of cacao nibs
- 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions:
- In a food processor, pulse together the almond butter and dates.
- Add the flaxseeds, cacao nibs, cinnamon, vanilla, and 1/4 cup of the chia seeds and continue to pulse.
- Roll treats into 1-inch balls.
- Combine the coconut flakes and remaining tablespoon of chia seeds on a plate and roll the balls in the mixture to coat.
- Enjoy your superpower alkaline treats!
