Superpower Morning Smoothie Recipe

Despite the confusion of the last few decades, the foundation of a good diet is greens. It doesn’t matter if you’re talking about Keto, Mediterranean, Whole30, or FODMAP, there is one common denominator – you have to eat your greens, and plenty of them!

The fact is, almost none of us eat enough of them and that’s one of the reasons that almost all of us are deficient in the vitamins and minerals that come from greens.

And the easiest way to get more greens is to drink them in a delicious smoothie like this one. It’s easy to make, tastes delicious, and you’re really going to love the cinnamon and almond butter flavors.

Like all our smoothies, it’s versatile too. You can add a scoop of Alkamind Organic Daily Protein, or some ice for that frozen texture, or you can add half a frozen banana for some cold sweetness.

Give it a try and let me know what you think over on Facebook. And stay tuned on Thursday, when I’ll be sharing more about what should make up the foundation of an alkaline diet.
