A grande (medium/16 ounces) pumpkin spice latte haunts your body with 50 GRAMS OF SUGAR!

- 1 scoop of Acid-Kicking Coffee Alkalizer in Pumpkin Spice Flavor
- 1 cup of your favorite coffee
- ½ cup of coconut milk
- 1 handful of spinach
- ½ Hass avocado
- 3 tbsp. cacao powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. raw almond butter
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
- 2 tsp. flax seeds
Blend the spinach and coffee (add ice if you want it cold) for about 1 minute. Then add in all the other ingredients and blend until smooth. To add some extra spice to your morning, sprinkle with cinnamon and sea salt on top!
