The Crimson Kicker

For those of you who love to juice but are getting bored with your combos—here’s one that is everything you want. Delightful flavor, low in sugar, and high in nutrients.

I added the chia seeds because they strengthen your gut while providing a slow-burning fuel that energizes you all day long.

CHOOSE to have the meaningful, energized, and powerful day you want by drinking a morning glass of The Crimson Kicker.

Ingredients: (Serves 1)

  • 2 red beets, peeled
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1⁄2 lemon, peeled
  • 1⁄2 green apple, cored
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions:

  • Juice together all the ingredients, except the chia seeds.
  • Top with the chia seeds and drink to optimal health. Cheers!

Ok, a moment of truth: I’ll be honest, I haven’t juiced in years because I don’t have time for all of the prep and clean up. If you do juice, double high-fives. It’s incredibly good for you, and I’m so proud of you for putting in the effort.

However, if you can’t commit, then just drink one scoop of my Acid-Kicking Greens every morning.

That one tiny scoop gives you five servings of organic greens and 21 nutrient-dense alkaline superfoods—all without the high cost of buying organic produce and spending your precious time prepping and cleaning. Ah, cleaning juicers is such a tedious and miserable task.

You can even copy Jenny and smuggle Acid-Kicking Greens into your toddler’s bottles. Check out this ultimate mom hack here.
