VANILLA CARDAMOM SMOOTHIE
Ingredients [Serves 1]
1 cup spinach
½ cup coconut water 1 banana, frozen ½ Hass avocado 1 ½ tsp. cardamom powder 1 tbsp. chia seed 1 tsp. vanilla extract, alcohol free (4 drops Medicine Flower Vanilla Extract) 1/2 cup ice cubes Optional: 1 scoop Alkamind Vanilla Coconut Daily Plant-Based Protein Powder Optional: 3 drops stevia, Unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth and garnish with unsweetened coconut flakes.
