Alkaline Diet Recipe: Avocado Detox Smoothie

Last time, I shared the types of alcohol that will minimize acid if you want to drink. While it’s important to choose your booze wisely, all alcohol is acidic, so after you drink, you want to do what you can to quickly repair any damage and get your health and energy back up.

One fantastic way to do that, in addition to taking your Alkamind Daily Minerals before going to bed, is to start the next day off right with a healthy breakfast.

This smoothie is perfect for detoxifying your liver and quickly repairing your digestive system. After drinking this, you’re going to feel fantastic all day with none of the usual effects you get the day after you drink.

Plus, like all my smoothie recipes, it’s ready in minutes so you can have a quick and delicious start to your day.

So give it a try and let me know what you think over on Facebook.
