Ingredients: (Serves 2)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup cold brew coffee, frozen into ice cubes overnight
- 1 banana, frozen
- 2 tbsp. plant based protein
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
