Fall Fruit Smoothie Recipe

You are going to love the smoothie I’m sharing today. It’s perfect for the next couple of months with tart and fresh fall flavors that will wake you up and start your day right.

I use green apples, which are lower in sugar than red varieties. You can use red, but it will have more sugar. I put them in the freezer overnight, but it’s not necessary. I like that extra frozen texture.

You can also add a drop or two of stevia because the cranberry juice is very tart without added sugar. I like that, but some people prefer it sweeter.

Smoothies like this make a great way to lose weight – even when you’re too stressed out to think about dieting. Because they are keto, alkaline, and low in sugar, they will speed weight loss without even trying. For more on losing weight while you’re stressed, watch for my blog post on Thursday.

Until then, give it a try and let me know what you think over on Facebook.
